Sales Manager
£80,000 Base Salary + Commission (50–100% OTE) | London Hybrid
A high-growth technology business operating within the payments and regulated services space is looking for a Sales Manager to join their commercial team and drive new business growth across the UK.
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role focused on building long-term partnerships rather than transactional selling. You’ll be responsible for growing a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing new opportunities, and navigating complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.

What They're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience within a consultative, solution-led environment
- Strong new business and account development experience
- Experience selling into payments, fintech, legal, financial services, or regulated industries is desirable
- Comfortable managing outbound activity and converting cold prospects into long-term relationships
- Ability to build networks within organisations and influence senior stakeholders
- Confident representing a business at events and client meetings
- Commercially driven, resilient, and motivated by exceeding targets
