Sales Manager (B2B Events)
Basic up to: £45,000
On target: £61,000+ in your first year
West London - 4 days per week in the office
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Manager to join a growing events and business engagement company operating across multiple industry sectors.
This is a varied, fast-paced role focused on developing client partnerships, driving commercial growth, and managing sales activity across a portfolio of high-level B2B events and networking experiences. The successful candidate will work across several projects simultaneously, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to account growth and long-term relationship management.
The role would suit someone who enjoys consultative selling, building trusted client relationships, and working in a target-driven environment with clear commercial goals.

The Role
- Managing and growing revenue across a portfolio of industry events and commercial partnerships
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients through a consultative sales approach
- Identifying new business opportunities through outreach, networking, market research, referrals, and industry engagement
- Managing multiple sales pipelines and maintaining consistent activity levels across several live projects
- Preparing forecasts, tracking opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working collaboratively with marketing, operations, and project teams to support successful event delivery and client experience
- Attending events and meetings to strengthen relationships, identify future opportunities, and support commercial growth
About You
- Previous experience in a commercial sales, events, media, sponsorship, partnerships, or client-facing environment
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue and business development targets
- Confident communicating and negotiating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively
- Positive, collaborative, and commercially aware, with a solutions-focused mindset
