Company Description Rethink Demand is a B2B lead generation specialist that focuses on delivering highly qualified, conversation-ready prospects. Its personality-powered approach helps clients achieve faster qualification, more meaningful engagement, and smoother pipeline progression. Rethink Demand partners with B2B firms that want to transform their lead generation and equip sales teams with leads they are eager to speak with. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in the UK. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, guiding them through the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and articulating the value of personality-powered lead generation to decision-makers. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and operations to refine targeting, improve lead quality, and align on revenue goals. The Sales Manager will also track performance metrics, forecast revenue, mentor junior sales team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in marketing services, lead generation, or SaaS. Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business. Ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly to senior stakeholders and buying groups. Comfort working with data-driven insights and CRM tools to track performance and forecast revenue. Experience leading or mentoring sales colleagues and contributing to team-wide best practices. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, operations, and client success teams. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with behavioral or psychographic profiling, consultative selling, or solution selling is a plus. Eligibility to work on-site in London and willingness to meet clients in person as needed.
