Are you a commercially driven Sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and corporate travel? We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager - Corporate Transient & Luxury TMC’s to drive revenue growth across our Lifestyle Hotels UK portfolio by developing strategic partnerships, winning new business, and managing key corporate and luxury travel accounts.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and Commercial teams, you will focus on increasing market share within the Corporate Transient, Luxury TMC, Consortia and Agency segments while positioning our 3 Lifestyle Hotels as preferred partners within the travel industry.
Key Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a focused sales strategy targeting Corporate Transient, Luxury TMC, Consortia and Agency markets.
- Drive room revenue, ADR and market share growth through proactive business development and strategic account management.
- Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market intelligence.
- Manage a portfolio of key corporate and luxury travel accounts, creating tailored account plans and growth strategies.
- Negotiate corporate agreements, preferred partnerships and commercial opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel buyers, procurement teams, executive assistants, travel arrangers, luxury travel advisors and agency partners.
- Grow Groups and Meetings & Events business from managed accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider PPHE portfolio.
- Represent the Lifestyle Hotels UK cluster at client events, trade shows, networking functions, site inspections and familiarisation trips.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams to deliver commercial objectives and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, turning insights into revenue-generating strategies.
- Maintain accurate account records, sales activity and reporting within CRM systems and commercial platforms.

About You
- Proven experience in hotel sales, with a strong background in Corporate Transient, Luxury Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Consortia or Agency segments.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Highly commercial with the ability to identify market opportunities and deliver measurable results.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Happy to travel nationally and internationally when required.
