Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a part-time, on-site position based in Ealing. This role is responsible for driving membership sales, managing local outreach campaigns, and building lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, support local marketing activities, collaborate with the therapy and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, and ensure that service standards and brand guidelines are consistently met. This role also involves engaging with the local community, gathering customer feedback, and reporting regularly on sales metrics to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including experience converting leads, managing a sales pipeline, and delivering an excellent in-person customer experience.
- Marketing and outreach skills, such as supporting local promotions, community engagement, and basic use of digital tools to drive membership growth.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records, handling bookings and enquiries, and using CRM or point-of-sale systems.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain membership options clearly, listen to customer needs, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Previous experience in health, wellness, fitness, or hospitality environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ealing during flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy, and eligibility to work in the UK.
