Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: South East England | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Berkshire & London Offices) Salary Range: Up to £110,000 base + double OTE (negotiable) + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams?

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most respected and successful technology solution providers to appoint an Enterprise Sales Manager. This role involves leading a team of experienced Account Directors focused on winning and growing enterprise customers across the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into senior sales leadership, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Directors
  • Driving revenue growth across enterprise commercial customers
  • Coaching and mentoring individuals to maximise performance and career development
  • Supporting complex enterprise sales opportunities from strategy to close
  • Building strong executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Delivering accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborating closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
  • Fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and accountable sales culture

About You

We’re seeking an experienced sales leader with:

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a VAR, MSP, or technology solutions provider
  • A track record of delivering consistent revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Experience selling complex IT solutions across multiple technology pillars (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data centre, modern workplace, managed services, and professional services)
  • The ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including strong forecasting and pipeline management
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing talent
