- Salary: £42,500 - £50,000 DoE + up to £15,000 commission
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Purpose, Tasks & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, recruiting, and developing a team of Account Executives and SDRs, driving performance against targets
- Setting sales strategies, scripts, and processes to maximise team effectiveness
- Monitoring pipelines, call activity, and sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Delivering regular coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, enhancing relationships and revenue
- Handling escalated customer issues to ensure positive and commercially sound outcomes
- Producing and presenting detailed sales reports and insights for decision-makers
- Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities

Essential & Desirable Capabilities
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and developing a successful sales team
- Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including influence at all levels
- Confidence using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and digital sales platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
- Track record in stakeholder management and performance reporting
- Demonstratable success in a similar leadership role, including remote team management

- Experience in B2B sales within regulated industries (e.g., accountancy, legal, education)
