The Role

As Dealer Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our nationwide dealer network from our London showroom.

You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts and work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with furniture dealers across the UK.
  • Identify and win new dealer accounts.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Conduct showroom presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Produce quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
  • Work alongside design, operations and customer service teams to deliver outstanding projects.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent account management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
  • Represent MAX Furniture professionally and passionately at all times.
  • Help shape the continued growth of our dealer sales strategy.

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys speaking to people, building trust and delivering results.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Experience within the commercial furniture industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a growing business.
