Job Title: Sales Manager – Boutique Hotel

Salary: Up to £45,000 including Tronc + Bonus + Benefits

Location: East Sussex

My client is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-performing sales pipeline within a premium hospitality and events business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships, converting opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You'll work with a steady flow of high-value enquiries, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signature.

What You'll Do

  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed business
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations
  • Create tailored proposals and commercial solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and secure new business
  • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and private clients
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and conversion
