Our Hastings office is home to a diverse, multi-function sales operation, bringing together inbound and outbound sales, account management, migration, and recruitment teams. About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Internal Sales Development function in Hastings, providing day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight across pre-sales, account management, migration, and recruitment teams.
This role will play a key part in strengthening sales effectiveness, improving pipeline quality, and ensuring alignment across multiple functions. The successful candidate will be a confident people leader with the ability to coach and support, build structure and consistency to day-to-day operations, and foster a supportive and well-structured environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Develop and refine outbound prospecting approaches to improve lead quality and effectiveness
- Monitor and review SDR performance metrics, translating insights into clear improvement actions
- Deliver regular coaching and training to strengthen prospecting, objection handling, and qualification skills
- Ensure consistent and effective use of CRM systems and sales tools to track activity and results
- Foster a well-run and accountable working environment in the Hastings office, including responsibility for day-to-day people management

This Role Is Perfect For You If You Have
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
- Experience with people management responsibilities, including performance management and absence management
- Data-driven approach, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment
