Our client is a fast-growing leader within the regenerative aesthetics market, partnering with aesthetic clinics across the UK to deliver innovative treatments, education and commercial support that help businesses thrive.
Driven by science, education and long-term partnerships, they have built an outstanding reputation for helping clinics achieve sustainable commercial success rather than simply supplying products.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead, inspire and develop their national field team.
Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role combining commercial strategy, people leadership and customer success.
Leading a team of individuals, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing individuals and ensuring clinics receive exceptional support to maximise business performance.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy while strengthening long-term relationships with some of the UK's leading aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a national team.
- Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, field coaching and performance reviews.
- Set KPIs, objectives and development plans.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing and customer-focused culture.
Commercial Performance
- Deliver national sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor territory performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support strategic account planning across key clinics.
- Drive customer retention and increased clinic spend.
- Ensure consistent commercial excellence across the field team.
Clinic Success Strategy
- Support clinics to successfully launch new treatments and products.
- Help clinics increase patient demand and treatment volumes.
- Drive stronger commercial performance and return on investment.
- Position the team as trusted business growth consultants rather than traditional sales representatives.
Coaching & Business Development
- Provide ongoing coaching across sales strategy and territory management.
- Develop skills around objection handling and commercial conversations.
- Support product launches and customer engagement initiatives.
- Improve team capability through continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare or related commercial sectors.
- Proven experience leading and developing field-based sales teams.
- Strong strategic account management experience.
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics or healthcare professionals.
- Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and develop growth strategies.

Location: UK (National field-based role with regular travel).
