Job Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and expand our customer network across the United Kingdom. This position covers the full Yuwell product portfolio, including:
- Homecare devices
- Patient monitoring solutions
- Respiratory products
- Acute care equipment
- Clinical diagnostic technologies
The role focuses on: ✔ New business development ✔ Strengthening distributor relationships ✔ Increasing market penetration ✔ Delivering sustainable revenue growth within the UK healthcare landscape, including:
- NHS
- Private healthcare providers
- Primary care networks
- Retail pharmacy chains

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute a UK-specific sales strategy aligned with Yuwell’s broader European growth objectives.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers across:
- NHS Trusts
- Private hospitals
- Community care providers
- Retail partners
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Distributors
- Strategic partners
- Procurement bodies
- Healthcare decision-makers
Negotiation & Execution
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to ensure competitive positioning and long-term partnership value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with:
- Product, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure smooth market execution and an exceptional customer experience.

- Monitor UK market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing:

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within:
- UK medical device sector
- Healthcare technology
- Clinical equipment
✅ Strong track record in:
- New customer acquisition
- Regional business development
✅ Established network within:
- NHS procurement
- Private healthcare providers
- Community care
- Distributor channels
✅ Experience with:
- Distributor management
- NHS tendering
- Multi-channel sales execution
✅ Excellence in:
- Negotiation
- Relationship-building (influencing diverse stakeholder groups)
✅ Strong commercial acumen to translate market insights into actionable plans.
✅ Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous but not required).
