An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join a growing B2B events business, selling sponsorship opportunities across a portfolio of market-leading People and Education events.

This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with exhibitors and sponsors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across a well-established portfolio.

You'll join a collaborative, ambitious team with plenty of opportunity to develop your career while working with some of the biggest brands across the People and Education sectors.

The Role:

  • Selling sponsorship packages across a portfolio of People and Education events
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients while winning new business
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Identifying commercial opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Working closely with marketing and production teams to deliver successful events
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities

About You:

  • Previous experience in B2B events, exhibition or sponsorship sales
  • Strong new business development and account management skills
  • Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive and self-motivated
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment
