About the Role
As a Sales Manager (m/w/d), these are your responsibilities:
- Generating new orders for new machines and upgrades
- Developing and executing sales plans
- Identifying new opportunities & maintaining existing accounts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction as a key focus
- Selling defined products and services
- Managing the CRM customer database in Salesforce
- Adherence to and execution of the defined Sales process in Salesforce, including planning and forecasting
- Evaluating market potential
- Conducting sales follow-ups and reporting
- Developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical solutions/machinery sales, preferably with Tempering or Insulating glass expertise
- Proficiency in understanding customer requirements and processes
- Willingness to travel extensively (~100 days+ per year)
