We're partnering with an ambitious and growing international business looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing commercial team.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys developing people, identifying new revenue opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. You'll take ownership of a successful sales function while helping shape the next phase of the company's growth.
The Role
Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals while driving profitable business growth across a broad portfolio of customers.
Your focus will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a successful sales team to consistently achieve ambitious targets.
- Driving growth across existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Building strong commercial relationships with key decision makers.
- Negotiating commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both customers and the business.
- Monitoring sales performance, forecasting accurately and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, operations and finance to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Sharing market intelligence and customer insights to support wider commercial strategy.

About You
You'll be an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to lead successful teams and deliver commercial growth. You'll ideally bring:
- A strong background in sales within a commercial environment, ideally within FMCG.
- Previous experience leading, coaching and developing a sales team.
- A consistent track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent business development and account management skills.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and forecast sales activity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for developing people.
