Senior Sales Manager – London, UK

Are you a high-performing sales leader, or an experienced enterprise seller ready to step into leadership, with a proven track record in SaaS & MarTech?

We're searching for a Sales Manager to lead our Sales team from our London office, managing six Account Executives (AE) and a small team of Business Development Representatives (BDR). Key responsibilities include driving new business across the UK & EMEA, while establishing a high-performing sales culture that consistently meets and exceeds ambitious targets.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone passionate about coaching, mentorship, complex sales and building high-performing teams. If you thrive in innovative MarTech and enjoy sales leadership with a data-driven mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Our interactive, playable marketing platform reshapes brand-consumer engagement. To thrive here, you’ll need to challenge conventional marketing norms, understand enterprise SaaS priorities and guide clients to grasp the B2B value of cutting-edge MarTech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Coach, mentor and upskill six AEs and a BDR team to build a high-performance, customer-obsessed commercial culture of accountability, collaboration and consistent execution.
    • Drive new account acquisition and scale revenue across UK and wider EMEA, prioritising high-value enterprise deals.
    • Ensure pipeline velocity and close rates meet targets through rigorous sales methodology adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
