Attention all sales and property enthusiasts! We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager for Property Sales to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry
  • Identifying and securing new sales opportunities
  • Negotiating sales deals and closing sales
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends
  • Creating social media marketing strategies
  • Participating in local and international property road shows and events

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
  • Prior experience working in real estate, high-end luxury automotive, luxury brands
  • Experience in selling off-plan residential units
