Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry
- Identifying and securing new sales opportunities
- Negotiating sales deals and closing sales
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends
- Creating social media marketing strategies
- Participating in local and international property road shows and events

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
- Prior experience working in real estate, high-end luxury automotive, luxury brands
- Experience in selling off-plan residential units
