Sales Manager
Sales Manager – Premium Health & Wellness Group
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will mentor, influence, and lead a team of passionate sales consultants to deliver an exceptional prospect journey and member experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- Challenging, planning, and inspiring the sales team to successfully meet individual and club monthly new member sales targets
- Analysing sales data, performance metrics, and member feedback to make data-informed decisions
- Optimising team strategies for long-term growth
- Working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive monthly business growth through exceptional sales performance
- Ensure consistent alignment with company health, wellness, and customer experience standards
- Utilise club sales data and member feedback to refine strategies and improve retention
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements
We’re looking for a self-starter with:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment (preferably within the leisure sector, though not essential)
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Passion for health and fitness—you should live and breathe the values of our industry
- Strategic mindset with a commercial edge and revenue-driving expertise
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to delivering a quality sales experience
