Head of Sales – South
Location: Hybrid – London / Camberley / Brighton
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales leader to join a growing Managed Services and IT Services provider and lead the South region sales function.
This role would suit either an existing Head of Sales or an ambitious Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Senior Sales Professional looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will lead and develop an established sales team while driving new business growth across Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, Cloud and Managed Services solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the South region sales team
- Drive new business acquisition and account growth
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Support major sales opportunities and key customer engagements
- Work closely with Presales and Technical teams to deliver solution-led sales
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews and team performance

Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience within an MSP, Managed Services or IT Services environment
- Previous team leadership, mentoring or sales management experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, Cloud or Managed Services solutions
- Track record of delivering revenue growth and developing customer relationships
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to develop and lead high-performing sales teams

Candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of London, Camberley or Brighton and be willing to travel regularly across all three locations, as well as customer sites throughout the South region.
