Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + uncapped bonus
Location: London (On-site, SW1)

At Via, we're supporting a fast-growing commercial business in the search for a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing outbound sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have managed high-volume teams within contact centres, telesales, outbound sales, customer retention, collections, customer service, or other performance-led environments.

The Opportunity
You'll lead a team responsible for generating new business through outbound activity, ensuring individuals are motivated, well-trained and consistently performing at a high level.
This is a player-manager role, so alongside coaching your team you'll also remain commercially involved, leading by example and supporting key opportunities when needed.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve sales performance, develop talent and help scale a growing commercial function.

What You'll Be Doing
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
- Create an engaging, competitive and high-performance team culture
- Manage performance effectively, recognising success and addressing underperformance where required
Sales Performance
- Drive outbound activity, conversion rates and revenue performance
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline health and individual productivity
- Identify coaching opportunities to improve team results
- Support the wider sales strategy through process improvements and best practice sharing
- Lead by example by maintaining your own commercial activity when required
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key clients
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve sales performance and operational processes
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
What They're Looking For
- Experience leading teams in a contact centre, telesales, outbound sales, customer service, customer retention, collections or other high-volume performance environment
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and improve individual and team performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity metrics and service or sales targets
- Confident managing performance, giving feedback and developing people
- Resilient, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results
