At Via, we're supporting a fast-growing commercial business in the search for a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing outbound sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have managed high-volume teams within contact centres, telesales, outbound sales, customer retention, collections, customer service, or other performance-led environments.

If you thrive on hitting targets, developing people and creating a high-energy team culture, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a team responsible for generating new business through outbound activity, ensuring individuals are motivated, well-trained and consistently performing at a high level.

This is a player-manager role, so alongside coaching your team you'll also remain commercially involved, leading by example and supporting key opportunities when needed.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve sales performance, develop talent and help scale a growing commercial function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
