This role involves extensive travel and being away from home is required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of the women’s health sales team
- Leadership and management of sales team towards delivery of sales targets
- Support delivery and development of KSM and marketing
- Collaborative approach with other sales leaders across the business
- Be solutions-oriented and resourceful, delivering creative outcomes
- Manage all administrative responsibilities, including expenses, CRM, and budgets for self and team
- Produce and deliver against sales business plan

Qualifications:
- ABPI Qualified
- Educated to degree standard or have relevant medical/commercial experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Success-orientated outlook – self-starter, independent, team player
- Ability to demonstrate continued excellence in sales performance
- Previous experience of building a team is essential
