## **Job Summary**
This role will be accountable for **proactively** managing and delivering business growth through **sales opportunities**, effective **turnover** of appointments, timely communication, and long-term relationship management with customers.
The **Location Sales Manager** will lead all day-to-day sales activities, driving revenue goals while building **value-based customer relationships** to optimise occupancy and performance.

Education And Experience
Ministry Option 1:
- A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a closely related accredited major
- 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or an equivalent professional field.
OR
Ministry Option 2:
- A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a closely related accredited major
- 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a similar field.

1. Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities
✕ Coordinate with off-property sales channels
- Ensure alignment, complementarity, and non-duplicative efforts across local, corporate, and international sales.

✕ Strengthen customer relationships for future bookings
- Develop existing and new customer relationships through:
- Business visits
- Entertainment engagement
- Familiarisation (FAM) trips
- Participation in trade shows
✕ Expand local and regional customer base
- Build relationships within industries and communities to foster long-term sales opportunities.
✕ Manage key stakeholders effectively
- Provide accurate turnover documentation to Event Management for seamless service delivery.
2. Managing Sales Activities
✕ Collaborate on sales calls
- Coordinate with the sales team to acquire and close new business.
- Execute operational aspects of new bookings, including:
- Developing and distributing tailored proposals
- Drafting and managing contracts
- Handling customer correspondence
3. Using Knowledge of Market Trends & Target Customer Insights to Maximise Revenue
✕ Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Align efforts with personal and location revenue targets.
✕ Analyse market dynamics
- Understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supplier demand, and industry best practices.
- Leverage this knowledge to sell optimally against market conditions.
✕ Understand target customer demographic
- Tailor solutions to match customers’ business needs and expectations.

4. Providing Exceptional Customer Service
