About Our Company

Backed by leading investors including HL Partnership, Better Group, Experian, the CEO of OakNorth, and the former Chairman of Salesforce, we’re building the technology platform powering the future of UK home-buying.

We started by solving a critical gap in the mortgage market—helping customers traditional brokers often couldn’t serve. To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, automation, and decisioning platform.

Today, our technologies power eligibility, affordability, and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through partners including Experian, reaching millions of consumers.

We’re growing 100%+ year on year and have proven that high performance and outstanding customer outcomes can coexist. Recognised with the 2025 British Bank Award for Treating Customers Fairly and a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–12 Mortgage Advisers and take ownership of a £3M+ revenue line.

Your team will be responsible for achieving approximately £50K submitted value per adviser per month, and your role is to drive performance through:

  • Activity
  • Pace
  • Coaching
  • Pipeline control
  • Relentless KPI execution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
