- Monday: 09:00 – 17:15
- Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:15
- Thursday: 09:00 – 17:15
- Friday: 11:45 – 20:00
- Saturday: 10:45 – 19:00

About the Role
You’ll lead a high-performance team, delivering outstanding customer service while hitting commercial goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting Store Management across all product areas, back-of-house operations, and store leadership (when required)
- Managing a team to ensure:
- Exceptional service and culturally aligned brand representation
- Accurate stock processes for a safe, efficient, and commercially driven environment
- Inspiring and developing your team by fostering a supportive, motivating culture
- Hands-on, collaborative approach with full engagement in commercial and operational activities
- Cultivating clear, timely communication to meet the business’s evolving needs

About You

Success Criteria: ✔ Evidencing your right to work in the UK before employment (in line with Home Office requirements). ✔ Candidates cannot have had an uns successful application for a role in scope within the last six months.
