Sales Manager - Brachytherapy GBI & NRB

Lead commercial activities, expand market presence, and build strong customer partnerships to drive sustainable growth for Brachytherapy in Zones GBI and NRB Sales Manager – Brachytherapy (GBI & NRB) Great Britain and Ireland, Nordics and Baltics We are looking for a driven and customer‑centric Sales Manager for our Brachytherapy portfolio across Zones GBI and NRB with strong Brachytherapy experience. (Please do not apply if you are not familiar with Brachytherapy, as we need a specialist in this area for this role). In this role, you will lead commercial activities, expand market presence, and build strong customer partnerships to drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with country teams, clinical experts, and other commercial functions to accelerate adoption of our Brachytherapy solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer & Market Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for Brachytherapy customers and projects across GBI and NRB, ensuring regular engagement and strong relationship management. Identify customer needs, clinical challenges, and emerging opportunities to position our solutions effectively. Sales Strategy & Execution Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—including pricing, tender support, and negotiation. Conduct impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions with both technical and leadership stakeholders. Drive order growth and expand market share by shaping proactive, country‑level go‑to‑market actions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with in‑country sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure aligned commercial strategy and coordinated customer engagement. Partner with internal Brachytherapy expert teams, providing market feedback to support solution enhancements and portfolio development. Your Profile Qualifications University degree in engineering, physics, medical sciences, or a related field. Several years of experience selling complex medical devices and/or software in radiotherapy or brachytherapy, or working in a clinical environment with brachytherapy products Skills & Competencies Strong clinical, technical, or market understanding of radiotherapy and brachytherapy workflows - essential Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across countries and cross‑functional teams. Languages & Travel Fluent English (written and spoken); additional regional languages preferred. Willingness to travel approximately 70% across assigned markets.
