Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Nubis Solutions Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Earith with hybrid working options. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and nurturing long-term client relationships in the data centre solutions market.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Researching target accounts
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating contracts in collaboration with technical and project teams
The role involves working closely with engineering and delivery colleagues to understand bespoke solutions, translate client requirements into viable offerings, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, within data centres, IT infrastructure, or related technology services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex sales deals.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to data centre design, performance optimization, and sustainability to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and clients, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM tools and standard productivity software for tracking activities, forecasting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices, energy efficiency, or carbon reduction in technology or facilities environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and contribute constructively to a collaborative team culture.
