About the Role

A successful Sales Manager will:

  • Support store management across product areas, back-of-house operations, and backup in running the store as needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver unparalleled service, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency, meeting business targets in a commercial and safe environment.
  • Foster a culture of support, motivation, and inspiration, ensuring the team operates at its peak capability.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with the team across commercial and operational activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communications to fulfill critical business needs.

    • Oversee sales teams, back-of-house operations, and ensure accurate stock processes.
