Sales Manager – Full Time Role
Shifts Available: 38.75hrs per week, Monday (09:00–17:15), Tuesday (11:45–20:00), Thursday (09:00–17:15), Friday (11:45–20:00), and Saturday (09:00–17:15).

Core Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will:
- Support the Store management team across all product areas, including back-of-house and store operational management when required.
- Manage a team to deliver:
- Exceptional customer service
- Accurate stock processes
- A commercial, efficient, and safe environment
- Achievement and exceeding of business targets
- Create a motivational culture where teams are consistently at their best.
- Take a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities—collaborating directly with your team.
- Ensure seamless communication to support business needs at all times.
