Sales Manager – Full Time Role

Shifts Available: 38.75hrs per week, Monday (09:00–17:15), Tuesday (11:45–20:00), Thursday (09:00–17:15), Friday (11:45–20:00), and Saturday (09:00–17:15).

Core Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will:

  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, including back-of-house and store operational management when required.
  • Manage a team to deliver:
    • Exceptional customer service
    • Accurate stock processes
    • A commercial, efficient, and safe environment
    • Achievement and exceeding of business targets
  • Create a motivational culture where teams are consistently at their best.
  • Take a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities—collaborating directly with your team.
  • Ensure seamless communication to support business needs at all times.
