Can you consistently win large Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform consulting engagements worth £500k+ and build relationships that generate multi-million-pound services revenue? A leading Microsoft partner is making a significant investment in its Business Applications practice and is looking for a proven sales leader to drive the next phase of growth.
This isn't about selling licences. It's about winning major consulting programmes across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform and Microsoft's latest AI capabilities, working with enterprise organisations delivering complex digital transformation.

You'll join an established business with a strong Microsoft relationship, a dedicated pre-sales, sales and marketing function of over 50 people, and a Business Applications team ready to deliver what you sell.
The target is clear: build a portfolio capable of delivering around £1m services margin per year, typically through three or four major enterprise wins. You'll be targeting large organisations, particularly within Financial Services and Professional Services.
Key requirements:
- A proven track record selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform consulting services or experience selling enterprise CRM into financial services.
- Consistently won enterprise consulting engagements worth £500k+
- Experience and ability delivering £1m+ annual services margin
- Strong relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem or enterprise customers
- A consultative approach, comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders on complex transformation programmes
