Are you an experienced leader with a passion for weddings, luxury travel or events? Do you love building high-performing teams while helping couples create one of the most memorable moments of their lives?
At Easy Weddings Destination Weddings, we're taking our proven Australian success into the UK market, and we're looking for an exceptional Destination Wedding Sales Manager to lead the next chapter of our growth.

About the Role
This is a true player-coach role, you'll inspire and lead your team while remaining hands-on, personally helping couples plan their dream destination weddings.
- You'll be responsible for creating a high-performing, customer-focused team that guides couples through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
- Working closely with our Australian leadership team, you'll bring our proven sales playbook to life while adapting it for the UK market.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong industry relationships, and creating an environment where both the team and our couples can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead from the front by personally selling destination weddings and setting the benchmark for exceptional customer experience.
- Leading, mentoring and growing a passionate destination wedding sales team.
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on coaching, collaboration and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Building and nurturing relationships with premium wedding venues and trusted partners across Europe.
- Helping couples confidently choose the perfect destination wedding, while supporting your team to deliver outstanding service from first enquiry through to booking.
- Working alongside senior leaders to shape the future growth of our UK Destination Weddings business.
About You
- You're an experienced people leader who has successfully built, coached and managed high-performing teams.
- You understand that destination wedding sales are about far more than closing deals, they're about building trust, creating unforgettable experiences and helping couples bring their dream wedding to life.
- You'll ideally bring experience from destination weddings, luxury travel, hospitality or premium events, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to build something, influence strategy, develop people, and make a lasting impact.
