Sales Manager – Digital Media & Advertising Technology – German speaking
Location: London (Hybrid)
A fast-growing global technology business operating at the intersection of digital media, advertising, and online communities is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join its expanding commercial team.
Working with some of the world’s leading publishers, brands, and agencies, the company provides innovative technology solutions that help create more engaging digital experiences while enabling advertisers to connect with premium audiences through data-led, content-driven campaigns.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with agencies and brands, identifying opportunities, and delivering creative digital advertising solutions.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching through to closing deals and growing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business revenue across media agencies and direct brand relationships.
- Build, develop, and manage a strong portfolio of client accounts.
- Introduce advertisers to innovative audience, data, native, social, and content-led advertising solutions.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships across the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Host and attend client entertainment, meetings, and events to strengthen partnerships.
- Stay ahead of trends across digital media, advertising technology, and content marketing.

About You
- 1-3 years’ experience within digital media sales, advertising technology, publisher sales, agency partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience selling or working with native advertising, video, social, content marketing, or digital advertising solutions.
- Confident building proposals, pitching ideas, and managing client conversations.
- Commercially focused with the ability to develop pipeline and close opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable networking within the industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- German language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
