An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and proactive Sales Manager to join the team at The Bloomsbury Hotel, part of the family-owned Doyle Collection.
Working across all market segments, this role will take full responsibility for driving new business, growing revenue and developing long-term client relationships through effective and commercially focused account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth across all market segments in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships
- Identify, negotiate and convert new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Work collaboratively with on-site teams to maximise commercial opportunities
- Represent The Bloomsbury Hotel at industry events, client meetings and networking forums
- Plan and deliver client entertaining initiatives and host familiarisation trips (FAMs)
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and industry best practice
- Ensure accurate forecasting, account reporting and CRM management in line with company standards
- Support wider commercial initiatives and cross-property collaboration within The Doyle Collection
