Sales Manager
Shifts available: 37.75 hours per week
- Tuesday: 09:30 – 18:30
- Wednesday: 09:30 – 18:30
- Thursday: 12:45 – 20:30
- Friday: 09:30 – 17:45
- Saturday: 10:45 – 19:00
About the Role
To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Every day is varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. People are at the heart of what we do, so your experience in leading, coaching and motivating a team will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities
To be successful, you will:
- Support the Store Management Team across all product areas, back-of-house operations, and step in to manage the store when required
- Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and performance-driven environment
- Foster an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring the team is central to everything you do
- Take a hands-on approach to both commercial and operational activities, working closely with the team
- Ensure communication is always up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs

We’re looking for someone who:
