Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Ahmad Group is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of customers and sales opportunities. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Manager will oversee sales pipelines, identify new business prospects, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular virtual meetings, calls, and presentations. This role includes setting and tracking sales targets, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- The Sales Manager will guide and support the sales team, provide coaching on best practices, and help develop strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, recommending adjustments to sales approaches, and representing Ahmad Group in remote events or online industry forums.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales planning, account management, and pipeline management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and relationship building with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and use CRM tools or other digital platforms to manage sales activities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers in remote settings.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, organizing workflows, and contributing to team performance.
- Comfort with remote work, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams.
- Relevant experience in sales management or commercial roles; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the company’s industry or similar sectors is an advantage, along with openness to continuous learning and professional development.
