My client are a growing digital asset trading and execution business seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business across institutional clients, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms.
This is a high-impact, hunting-focused role where you'll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with sophisticated market participants, and work directly with senior leadership to grow our execution business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Build relationships with institutional and professional trading firms
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
- Provide market feedback to help shape product and pricing strategy

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience selling to institutional or professional market participants
- Strong network across trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, or related markets
- Experience in execution services, electronic trading, market making, prime brokerage, or similar
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- London-based or willing to relocate
- Interest in digital assets; crypto experience is beneficial but not essential
