Sales Manager | Ecommerce London, UK (hybrid – 2/3 days office + client meetings) Salary £60-70k + comms
Want to work with an established European e-commerce and retail group partnering with thousands of fashion and lifestyle brands across international markets?
This is not your typical business development role. You’ll join a highly commercial team focused on building relationships with brands across fashion, beauty, sportswear, home and lifestyle — helping them unlock new commercial opportunities through a leading European platform.
The business already has a strong international presence and longstanding partnerships across Europe and is now continuing to invest in building stronger relationships with brands across the UK and wider international markets.
Working closely with an experienced leader who has been developing the market for several years, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, opening doors with brands, negotiating partnerships, and growing a high-value portfolio across multiple categories.

What you’ll be doing Build partnerships with UK and international fashion and lifestyle brands Own the full business development cycle from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close Develop relationships with brands across fashion, beauty, sportswear, accessories, home and lifestyle Identify new commercial opportunities and brands that would strengthen the platform offering Represent the business in meetings, trade shows and industry events Work closely with international teams across Europe to support successful brand partnerships Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and partnership structures Analyse sales performance, margins and opportunities to maximise growth Build long-term relationships with both new and existing brand partners Act as a trusted commercial contact for brands across multiple markets

What we’re looking for 4–5+ years’ experience within business development, sales, key account management, buying, wholesale or marketplace partnerships Background within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, sportswear, home or multi-brand retail environments Proven track record of delivering against and exceeding commercial or sales targets Able to demonstrate strong performance through revenue growth, partnerships won, accounts developed or commercial results Existing industry contacts and relationships would be highly advantageous Strong commercial instincts and confidence negotiating with senior stakeholders A natural relationship builder with a proactive, hunter mentality Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong understanding of brands, trends and the wider fashion/lifestyle market Analytical mindset with confidence working with margins, pricing and commercial performance Highly organised, self-motivated and able to operate autonomously Ambitious and commercially driven, with strong relationship-building skills
