Sales Manager, EMEA - Industry
The Opportunity
Unity is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage Industry sales across the EMEA region. This role will:
- Lead an Enterprise sales team
- Collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders
- Play a critical role in ensuring Unity’s continued growth in revenue and market share for their Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite
- Require a candidate with strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for enabling revenue growth in complex environments.
What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership
- Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the EMEA region

Team Leadership
- Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives
- Deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market (GTM) business commitments
- Build relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams
- Ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements
- Align with internal stakeholders for optimal results

Customer Engagement
- Support the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to:
- Uplevel relationships
- Increase deal sizes
- Maximize value exchange
- Support the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to:

Market Insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams by:
- Providing feedback from the market
- Helping shape Unity’s offering and roadmap
- Increasing Unity’s market presence

- Navigate complex deal structures
- Drive successful outcomes in enterprise contracting processes for both Unity and customers

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales and leadership
- Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals
- Passion for:
- Sales Leadership
- Talent development
- Building high-performing teams
- Ability to effectively lead:
- Cross-functional stakeholders
- Business functions to drive alignment and results
- Experience with:
- Channels
- ISVs (Independent Software Vendors)
- System Integrators/Solution Providers
- Expertise in areas such as:
- Real-Time 3D
- Asset Management
- Data Transformation
- Visualization
