Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!

Location: UK and IRELAND
Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a cheerful yet professional Sales Manager who can lead sales initiatives, inspire the team, and drive business to new heights.

What You'll Do:

As our Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, building relationships and closing deals that matter. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leading the Team: Mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
