Position Overview

G10X is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager – Enterprise IT Services to drive aggressive new logo acquisition across United Kingdom. This is a pure hunter role focused exclusively on acquiring new Fortune 2000 customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise opportunities while establishing G10X as a trusted strategic technology partner. This position is ideal for an enterprise sales professional who thrives on winning new business, opening strategic accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue targets through consultative enterprise sales. This is NOT an account management or farming role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive new logo acquisition across Fortune 2000 organizations in UK.
  • Develop and execute territory and account acquisition strategies to consistently generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Prospect through cold outreach, executive networking, referrals, industry events, strategic partnerships, and social selling.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, COOs, and senior business executives.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting through qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and successful handoff to delivery teams.
  • Sell G10X's portfolio of Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI, Data, Enterprise Applications, Quality Engineering, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Work closely with delivery leaders, solution architects, and executive leadership to create differentiated customer solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline capable of consistently achieving assigned revenue targets.
  • Represent G10X at executive meetings, customer workshops, conferences, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Travel extensively across UK to engage enterprise customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven enterprise sales professional with proven experience selling Enterprise IT Services, Digital Engineering, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data, Enterprise Applications, Quality Engineering, and Managed Services.
  • Proven track record of consistently winning net-new Fortune 2000 customers.
  • Experience selling technology services into one or more of the following industries: Retail, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Airlines & Aviation, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, Logistics & Supply Chain etc.
  • Strong experience selling high-value consulting and technology services.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting, account-based selling, executive networking, and successfully qualify and close enterprise opportunities.
  • Proven success selling into large enterprise organizations using a consultative and value-based sales approach.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level business and technology leaders.
  • Experience managing sales opportunities using CRM tools with accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Strong territory planning and account planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and penetrate Fortune 2000 target accounts.
  • Track record of negotiating and closing complex, multi-year enterprise services engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, competitive, resilient, and highly motivated to exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across UK.
