Sales Manager - European Football

Who We Are...

SPORTFIVE is a global agency working across sponsorships, advertising, talent, activation and hospitality within sports. Globally, we have over 1,200 employees who strategically and creatively connect brands, rights-holders, media platforms and fans across Football, F1, NFL, NBA, Golf, Esports, Olympics, and more.

Whether it’s supporting Premier League football clubs to secure their next front of shirt sponsor, curating deals for brands to showcase their advertising during games televised to millions across the world, or representing the best talent in our industry, connecting sports organisations to incredible brands and partners is at the heart of heart we do.

Having been voted the No.1 most attractive sports marketing agency to work for three consecutive years, as well as featuring in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, we’re incredibly proud of our culture and the people that help to nurture it. If you want to help shape the future of the sports industry, then we want to hear from you.

YOUR NEW JOB...

We’re looking for an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager with a strong track record in generating new business - particularly through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in SPORTFIVE’s UK Sales team, with a dedicated focus on European football rights and advertising sales.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of identifying and securing new brand partnerships across SPORTFIVE’s premium sports inventory - with a particular focus on selling innovative virtual LED advertising across multiple continents worldwide. You’ll work across a premium portfolio of European football rights, alongside wider commercial partnership opportunities with leading rights-holders worldwide.

This premium advertising inventory includes La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1, creating the opportunity to build compelling advertising packages around some of the biggest clubs and matches in world football.

You’ll have the opportunity to build advertising packages incorporating matches involving Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain and other leading clubs, while sitting within our UK football division responsible for Premier League and broader UK football rights sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
