About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing UK business with an established portfolio of innovative brands operating across the electrical, technology and consumer sectors. With innovation at the heart of everything they do, the business designs, manufactures and distributes market-leading products that make everyday life smarter, safer and more sustainable.

Backed by ambitious growth plans, significant investment and a collaborative culture, the organisation is continuing to expand its commercial team to support increasing demand across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where you'll have the autonomy to make a genuine impact, develop your career and play a key role in driving continued growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UK, developing relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors and distribution partners.

This role is ideal for someone with experience selling technical products into the electrical industry. Whilst EV charging experience would be advantageous, we are equally interested in candidates from adjacent sectors such as lighting, electrical heating, fire & security, cable management or other electrical products where established wholesaler and contractor relationships are transferable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
