Delegate Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager
Lead a telesales team. Sell to senior decision-makers. Own your own numbers.
Salary is up to £50,000 Basic, with an OTE of £70,000 plus full company benefits
Hybrid working - 3 days per week in Central London office
This is a role for someone who wants to lead from the front, not manage from the sidelines. You'll run a tight team of four telesales executives while carrying your own delegate sales target across a portfolio of global events. Half the week you're coaching, listening to calls and sharpening pipeline; the other half you're on the phone yourself, closing senior-level decision-makers across digital infrastructure.
If you want a player-manager role where your own selling keeps you sharp and your leadership makes the team better, this is it.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the team
- Manage, motivate and develop four telesales executives
- Set daily and weekly activity and revenue targets — calls, connects, conversions
- Track performance through KPIs, call quality and pipeline
- Coach through call listening and feedback to lift conversion rates
- Run team meetings, sales huddles and performance reviews

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
