Sales Manager
Sales Manager required to manage and drive distribution across specialist retail channel, including garden centres, Deli's and Farmshops.
Client Details
Our client is an Award Winning Food Business Based in Yorkshire that are steeped in Heritage with fantastic products.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for premium Specialist and Retail customers, including Garden Centres, Farm Shops and Delis.
- Commercial Growth: Identify and unlock opportunities to expand our product range, secure extra shelf space, and introduce new product lines into existing accounts.
- New Business: Focus on generating and unlocking new business opportunities
- Service Excellence: Ensure all aspects of our customer's requirements—from order accuracy and promotional planning to delivery schedules—managed flawlessly.
- Field Presence: Actively visit customers across Yorkshire to conduct business reviews, present new products, and optimise in-store positioning.

Profile
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales within the Food Sector
- A strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
