Impact And Responsibilities
We are looking for a sharp, relationship driven sales pro who knows how to navigate a complex sale without being pushy. This isn't a transactional "boiler-room" sales role. Our target market requires a thoughtful, considered approach.
You’ll be inheriting some warm accounts to get you started, but you could be someone who gets a buzz from turning cold accounts around, too.
What You’ll Be Doing
Market Intelligence and Conquest
- Hunt for new business, conducting deep-dive intelligence across escrow, payments, and regulatory landscapes.
- Identify opportunities in target markets, ensuring our offerings remain ahead of regulatory shifts.
Pipeline Generation
- Drive net new revenue through proactive outbound prospecting (cold calling, social selling, events).
- Master CRM tools to prioritise high-value leads and own the entire sales funnel from initial contact to close.
Payments Expertise
- Become the definitive Payments Expert.
- Execute compelling sales presentations that dismantle client pain points, "how do I move money safely?" and clearly demonstrate our unique, risk-eliminating value.
Going Deep into Accounts
- Mapping out organisations and penetrating multiple departments.
- You’ll land and expand through referrals, networking, and leveraging your personal brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
