Location: Worcestershire
Working pattern: Mainly Internal Sales / office based, with occasional customer visits
Salary: £45,000 basic + sales bonus
Benefits: Pension, 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Sales Manager opportunity with an established commercial gas engineering business in Worcestershire, specialising in industrial and commercial gas fired equipment. This role offers the chance to build, shape and grow the spare parts sales side of the business. The role is primarily internal sales and office based, with some customer visits and online meetings as required.
The Role
As Sales Manager Gas Engineering Spare Parts, your focus will be on driving spare parts sales across commercial and industrial gas equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow spare parts sales for commercial and industrial gas fired equipment
- Introduce the spares offering to existing, dormant and new customers
- Manage customer relationships through internal sales activity, online meetings, and occasional site visits
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to support customer requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the spare parts sales function
About You
You will be commercially focused, confident dealing with technical customers, and motivated by the opportunity to help grow a sales function. While technical understanding is beneficial, this is a sales led role rather than a hands-on engineering position.

Skills & Experience
- Experience selling spare parts, technical products, or engineered solutions
- Ideally some experience with commercial gas equipment, industrial boilers, industrial gas burners, commercial heating, or similar sectors
- Strong internal sales capability, with the confidence to engage customers remotely and in person
- Ability to develop existing accounts and generate new business
- Organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven
