What’s the role about?

Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal new role, you’ll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

Who you are

Previous experience of supervising a team Strong background in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury environment Ability to guide and coach others Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills Excels under pressure

What you’ll be doing

Delivering a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience which exceeds our customers’ expectations You act as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmth Drive sales by monitoring the team’s KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service Work with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the team Providing an in depth knowledge of our brand and our products to our customers and your team Actively engage and undertake duties that supports the store operations Delivering team briefs and contribute to team meetings Supporting the store management in assisting with team development
