To be a successful Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store management team across:
- All product areas
- Back-of-house operations
- Running the store when needed
- Manage a team to deliver:
- Amazing service
- Accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment
- Target achievement
- Create an atmosphere where:
- Supporting, motivating and inspiring team members is central
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities
- Ensure communication is:
- Up-to-date
- Accurate to meet business needs
About You
You will need to demonstrate:
- Passion for our customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating the team to create a great working environment
- Exceptional commercial awareness and the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers
- A team player mindset:
- Thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced, challenging environment
- Adapts quickly to change and drives others to meet new objectives
- Strong communication skills with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure
- Problem-solving ability, sound business judgment, and the confidence to:
- Challenge processes
- Generate innovative ideas to drive business growth
- Experience in handling people management issues
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, along with strong:
- Planning, organisation and prioritisation
