Sales Manager – Lepas Dealership, Gravesend
About the Role
Allen Motor Group are seeking a driven Sales Manager to join their Lepas dealership in Gravesend. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, experienced sales professional to be part of Lepas, one of Chery International’s newest automotive brands in the UK, alongside OMODA and JAECOO. This role will enable you to:
- Launch and grow an ambitious new brand from the ground up.
- Shape the future of a fast-growing automotive business.
- Contribute to a bold vision and play a key role in building something exceptional.
The position is offered as a full-time permanent role on a 5-day working week (Monday–Sunday), reporting to the General Manager. Salary details include:
- Basic salary: up to £40,000
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): £60,000

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for applicants with sales management experience in a franchised dealership, eager to progress their career. Key requirements include:
- Previous experience in managing and motivating a sales team
- Strong awareness of financial compliance
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- An analytical approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Achieve and exceed all company KPIs
- Conduct reviews of new and used car operations, including:
- Regular stock reviews
- Site display optimization
- Monitoring online/offline activity
- Ensure AMG, legislative, and FCA compliance, including:
- Auditing deal files as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all departments
- Work with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
