Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: This is a field-based, nationwide role. While the customer base spans the UK, the majority of customers are located in London. We welcome applications from candidates based in London, the Midlands, and those willing to travel regularly across the UK.

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: Full time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.

About the role:

Join Carlsberg Britvic as a Sales Manager for our innovative Aqua Libra brand! In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of our next-generation hydration platform, building meaningful relationships with customers while driving our sustainability goals through low-waste, low-carbon tap systems. We're seeking an energetic, curious individual who thrives on problem-solving and brings infectious enthusiasm to help establish Aqua Libra as a strategic growth engine across workplace, hospitality, and vending channels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners and customers to ensure optimal adoption and satisfaction with Aqua Libra solutions
  • Deliver on sales targets by identifying growth opportunities and maximizing the value of existing customer accounts
  • Actively contribute to the selling process and collaborate on marketing activities that showcase our sustainable hydration solutions
  • Create engaging social media content highlighting our product propositions and customer success stories
  • Support the broader team through proactive engagement and knowledge sharing
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation
  • Promote our low-waste, low-carbon tap systems that advance our sustainability goals
  • Contribute to growing our recurring revenue model through IoT tap systems and cartridge replenishment services

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or field-based commercial sales is highly desirable, ideally within workplace solutions, hospitality, vending, drinks, FMCG, or sustainable product environments.
  • Curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving and sustainable innovation
  • Self-confident communicator who can engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and create lasting impact
  • Ability to work with pace and agility, cutting through complexity to seize new opportunities
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong networks and creates partnerships across teams
  • Ownership mentality with accountability for delivering outcomes and driving necessary change
  • Passion for our brands, our role in society, and our environmental impact
  • Resilience and openness to giving and receiving feedback as a way of working
