About the Role
Join Carlsberg Britvic as a Sales Manager for the groundbreaking Aqua Libra brand!
As part of our next-gen hydration platform, you’ll drive strategic relationships, sales growth, and sustainability initiatives by promoting low-waste, low-carbon tap systems across:
- Workplace clients
- Hospitality sectors
- Vending channels

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders to maximise Aqua Libra adoption and satisfaction
- Drive sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and extract maximum value from existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft messaging and content for high-impact promotions
- Create social media content highlighting sustainability propositions and customer successes
- Support commercial strategy through knowledge-sharing and proactive engagement
- Gather and analyze feedback to refine products and harness innovation
- Promote sustainability leadership, showcasing our low-carbon tap systems and waste-reduction solutions
- Expand recurring revenue through IoT-enabled tap systems, servicing, and cartridge replenishment programs
Experience & Key Attributes
Ideal Background
- Proven B2B sales experience (workplace/HOSP signalling is a plus)
- Strong account management or field-based commercial sales expertise
- Experience in FMCG, drinks, vending, or sustainable products is desirable
